chicken soup / soupe au poulet

nice Chinese dinner delivered at the hotel - we didn't have to brave the snow and night. délicieux dîner chinois livré à l'hôtel - nous n'avons pas eu à affronter la neige et la nuit. Note the chicken soup with a whole chicken in it; remarquez la soupe...

Moganshan

We are off for a long weekend in Moganshan, 190 km South West of Shanghai. It is a small village nestled in a bamboo forest, at 500 metres above sea level, in a National Park. It is nice, quiet... and cold! But there is wifi! Nous passons ce long week-end...

momo

I spent some time in the kitchen making momos - nice reminder of Bhutan (and Qinghai!). Well, ... they are gone! J'ai passé un temps certain dans la cuisine à faire des momos - ça nous a rappelé le Bhoutan (et le Qinghai !). Euh... y en a plus. (2nd batch......
